I am not a direct reflection of all these teachings or quotes.
They are pieces of wisdom that inspire me and guide me toward becoming a better person.
This is my practice — learning to adapt, finding balance, cultivating happiness, and acting with compassion.
I share them here in the hope that they may offer guidance and reflection on your own journey as well as a reminder to myself of the man I want to be.
I. Adapting to Circumstances — Learning to Bend
